The US Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) prepared a Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to fully disclose impacts of the Donlin Gold project, which proposes to discharge into Waters to the US, requiring authorization under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act and Section 10 of the River and Harbors Act of 1899. An EIS is not a regulatory decision document. It will be used by the Corps, along with other information in the permit application and public and agency comments, to inform the final decision on the permit application.

An agency Record of Decision (ROD) will be issued to document the final decision of the permit application. The ROD is scheduled to be released in August 2018 and will be available on the project website: www.DonlinGoldEIS.com. If you have any questions that are not answered on the website, please contact us.
